DELIVERY PROCEDURE

We will confirm receipt of your order via email and text message as soon as possible after you place it, and we will subsequently send you another email and text message to verify the dispatch and, therefore, your acceptance of the order.

A confirmation of order email will be sent to you in case you opt for Cash on Delivery. 

Following this, one of our delivery partners quickly delivers the product to you. Should they encounter any difficulties in locating your address or if an unforeseen delay occurs, our delivery partners may reach out to you. 

In India, a shipping charge of Rs. 75 is levied on all orders for less than Rs. 500.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customers must pay customs duties, import taxes, and other charges as required by applicable law, which will be collected on the website and paid to the authorities in the applicable jurisdiction by Infinite Grass Store Pvt. Ltd.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

After your order has been delivered, you will be notified via email and mobile text message of the tracking number and the courier service that is responsible for its delivery. You may track the progress of your product 24 hours after it has been shipped from our warehouse.

You acknowledge that the development of your order could take up to twenty-four hours, or longer, as required, in the event of unforeseen circumstances that are not under the control of Infinite Grass Store Pvt Ltd.

Timelines for Delivery

Typically, the majority of orders are dispatched within one to two business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and delivered as indicated on the product page in your product cart. You agree that delivery may experience delays due to factors such as the warehouse, dispatch point, and the destination's PIN code. You will receive notification of the estimated date of delivery once the product has been dispatched.

However, product delivery may be delayed for logistical or other reasons beyond our control, including national and public holidays, rioting, political unrest, natural disasters, acts of God, or other similar instances of force majeure. You agree that in the event that the products are not delivered within the estimated time of delivery specified on the website and/or communicated to you, you will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation.

Dispatch times may be slightly extended for products purchased through a Mega Sale event as a result of the surge in order volumes.
