Placing an order is quick and easy. Simply head to the product section of our website, choose your product, add to bag, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, choose payment option,confirm and you are good to go.

We only offer returns if the product or products suffered damage during transportation, the product or products arrived in damaged packaging, or the wrong product has been delivered.

Although all our products are dermatologically tested and completely safe to use on all skin types. It is advisable to do a patch test on any discrete area before application for the 1st time.  Here’s how you can proceed:

Step 1
Cleanse the area behind your ear.

Step 2
Apply a small amount of product behind the ear.

Step 3
Leave the product on for a couple of hours before wiping it off.

Step 4
If you notice any redness, irritation or burning do not use the product. If the reaction continues, consult a dermatologist.

Yes, you can edit your billing address by visiting the My Account section of our website and proceed with your changes. Once edited, all your new orders will be shipped to this address. 

You can reset your password by clicking "forgot password" on the login page, after which you will receive an email with instructions on how to do so, or you may write to us at care@grass-store.com.

Go to Your Orders. Select Order Details for the order that you want to change. Then select Change next to the details that you want to update. Follow the on-screen instructions.
