Return and refund policy

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused in the event of any issues.

 

Cancellation Process

You may cancel your order on the website within 24 hours or prior to the product been dispatched. You may do so by contacting us via WhatsApp or the Contact Us page on the website.

You will not have the ability to cancel an order after 24 hours have passed. Cancellations made within 24 hours/before dispatch of the order placement on the website will result in the initiation of a full refund for prepaid orders. Following our proper processing of your cancellation request, we will quickly refund the payment within 24 to 48 hours, and it might take another 3-4 business days to reflect into your account.

Infinite Grass Store Pvt. Ltd. may refuse. Users with a prior history of dubious charges, such as the cancellation of bulk orders or orders on multiple occasions, are subject to a three- to six-month delay in the refund process or transaction denial.

 

Please Note: Cancellation are not permitted on gift cards, coupons, or discounts.

 

Return Process

We have a two-day return policy, which let's you request a return or replacement of the product within two days of delivery if you receive a wrong, expired, damaged, or missing product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at care@grass-store.com.

In cases where a shipment is returned after its delivery, the approval of your return request may be on the basis of quality inspections carried out by our team. The refund process will commence once the product or products have been collected from your designated location.

  • Reimbursements for credit/debit card or net banking transactions will be credited to your account within 7-8 business days.
  • In the case of orders that were settled via cash on delivery, that amount will be refunded to your bank account in 7-8 business days once we have gathered the necessary information.

If your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Refunds, Replacements, and Returns

You understand that a return request may be submitted either for the entire order or for any part of the order. You are aware of the fact that the return option is limited to the following situations:

  • The product or products suffered damage during transportation
  • The product or products have arrived in damaged packaging
  • Or the wrong product has been delivered.

GRASS shall not be obligated to accept returns for undamaged, spoiled, or incorrect products.

You acknowledge that the order for a replacement is based on the stock's availability. Your payment will be refunded in case a replacement cannot be executed due to stock unavailability. You understand that in order to initiate a replacement request for the exact same product, it is necessary that the product delivered to you has been wrong or damaged in transit. You acknowledge that you cannot request a replacement for a different product and that, under no circumstances, you will be permitted to exchange a product.

GRASS retains the right to refuse the transaction or postpone the refund procedure by three to six months for users who have a prior record of questionable charges, including multiple cancellations of bulk orders.

The amount will be refunded in 7-8 business days after considering the above mentioned points.

Ways to submit requests for returns, replacements, and refunds:

On the website, select the reason for return, replacement, or refund (as applicable) by selecting a specific option.

Provide four images of the received product as directed below:

The product's name is shown in the front image.

The back side of the product.

Barcode on the product packaging.

Image of the product's outer box packaging.

 

Products that do not qualify for return

Product returns are not eligible under any or all circumstances:

  • The product or products that have been tampered with, damaged, or degraded through excessive use.
  • Product or products with missing items or damaged original packaging, including price tags, labels, free gifts, and other accessories.
  • Product or products that have had their serial numbers altered.
